Who Should or Should Not Detoxify?

Consider if you have any symptoms of toxicity and congestion, you will likely benefit more from a detoxification practice. It is a vacation for the body and the digestive tract. Toxicity symptoms include headache, fatigue, mucus problems, aches and pains, digestive problems and "allergy symptoms."

You should not engage in a detox program if you are underweight, pregnant, nursing, a cardiac patient, suffer from cancer, fatigue, low blood pressure, low immunity, mental illness, nutritional deficiencies, peptic ulcers, weak heart or are pre- or post-surgery.

What is Detoxification?

It is the process of clearing toxins from the body or neutralizing or transforming them, as well as clearing excess mucus and congestion. The process of resting and healing our overloaded digestive organs and allowing them to catch up on past work and get current.

Why Choose to Detoxify?

Taking breaks from things is a good way to assess your true relationship to them and often a good way to improve our health.

Cleansing is a powerful and a healing tool one. It helps guide us emotionally and spiritually and helps us to become more real and connected in our lives.

A cleansing program is an ideal way to help us reevaluate our lives make changes and clear abuses and addictions. Withdrawal happens fairly rapidly and as cravings are reduced we can begin a life refreshed! I cleanse because it makes me feel more focused, creative and calm…and because I love food and wine and need a balance!
