Online Classes

Customized Group Training Twice a Week

We are a supportive group fitness class lead by Yvonne Kasper.

Yvonne will prepare a Step by Step Fitness Plan for each of you, customized to your goals and physical fitness level.

Fitness Classes

  • 1 hour group ONLINE training via Zoom.

  • Classes are recorded and posted if member can't make class at specified time.

  • Classes use a mix of interval and circuit training formats combined with fun cardio routines that incorporate elements of endurance training, calisthenics, and strength training to help develop overall body fitness.

  • You can burn 200-300 calories in a variety of ways. and build muscle.

  •  Expect the unexpected in these express HIIT classes, which are packed with lots of variety & tons of fun! 

  • Monthly Check-ins provided to ensure you are staying on track.

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for classes. All registered participants will be contacted regarding any changes in schedule.
