You Can Do It!

Every Step of the Race starts with training

Yvonne can train you for marathons, triathlons, obstacle courses, and relay races. Achieve your goals, maximize your experience, and improve your results. Completing a race is incredibly satisfying and will test the limits of your body. Improve your time, stamina, and distance.

In 2019, Yvonne ran 12 races, including marathons/half marathons.

Club details:

  • Training Plans available for 5K, 10K and ½ Marathon

  • Get Results Running Facebook Group membership with first access to Races, Videos, Recipes, Advice, Expertise, Support and more

  • Learn proper running mechanics to help prevent injuries and imbalances

  • Stretching and strengthening at every running group session

  • Guidance on nutrition and hydration given for best training results

  • Injury prevention protocol

  • Race plan development

  • Access to your coach through private Facebook group who will be available to answer any questions along the way

  • $25 per month and $10 per group run
