Every Step of the Race starts with training
Yvonne can train you for marathons, triathlons, obstacle courses, and relay races. Achieve your goals, maximize your experience, and improve your results. Completing a race is incredibly satisfying and will test the limits of your body. Improve your time, stamina, and distance.
In 2019, Yvonne ran 12 races, including marathons/half marathons.
