Homemade Granola Recipe


Add this granola to your favorite cereal, yogurt, or just eat it straight as a snack. Just measure it a little goes a long way....And it's delicious!


Ingredients

3 cups Organic Thick Rolled Oats (Bob’s Red Mill)

1 cup Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut Flakes

1 cup sliced almonds

1 cup chopped walnuts

¼ cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ cup maple syrup

¼ cup avocado or olive oil

1 cup dried cranberries or raisins or goji berries

Directions


  1. Preheat oven 250 degrees.

  2. In large bowl combine oats, coconut, almonds, walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon.

  3. In a smaller bowl combine syrup and oil.

  4. Pour syrup and oil onto oat mixture and stir well

  5. Spread evenly on a large sheet pan and bake for 1 hour stirring occasionally.

  6. When done baking transfer to large bowl and stir in cranberries.
