So, what exactly is a blog? The Oxford dictionary definition states, "a regularly updated website or web page, typically run by an individual or small group, that is written in an informal or conversational style."
I like the informal part because if you are looking for correct grammar and sentence structure, it’s not going to be here. I am creating this section of my website to inform and entertain you with as much fitness, nutrition and fun facts as possible!
This blog will be full of information on nutrition, fitness and some great ways to fit a healthier lifestyle into any crazy household! It is possible to live your best life and feel the best you ever have been! I am so excited to share this journey with you.
