Yvonne Kasper
I’m Yvonne Kasper—certified personal trainer, menopause coach, nutrition specialist, and running coach—with over 14 years of experience helping women build strong, resilient bodies and sustainable lifestyles. Having navigated perimenopause and currently post-menopause myself, I understand firsthand what we can do to help your body thrive.
I create customized fitness and non-restrictive nutrition programs that build strength, improve mobility and balance, support healthy weight management, and boost overall well-being. My holistic approach goes beyond workouts, addressing stress, sleep, hydration, and consistency—so your results last.
With in-person and online coaching, an easy-to-use training app, and daily support, I make it simple to stay motivated, feel empowered, and enjoy an active, confident life.


My WHY
I’ve been passionate about fitness since my teens—first as a runner to manage stress, then through weight training as I sought strength and confidence. Raised by a single mom after my father passed away when I was ten, I was inspired by her resilience and wanted to feel strong in a challenging world.

Although I was advised that fitness wasn’t a viable career, I pursued Human Resources, where I helped develop health and wellness programs. My passion for fitness never faded, and becoming a mother deepened my commitment to my own health and that of my family.

When my youngest started school, I followed my calling—becoming a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, running coach, and now, in my late 50s, a menopause coach. I did this because health and fitness information is often confusing and misleading.
My goal is to help you avoid the mistakes I made, cut through the noise, and feel empowered—not helpless. I love what I do and feel grateful to help you build a health and fitness program that truly works for you!
