I’m Yvonne Kasper, a National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist, Cancer Exercise Training Academy Cancer Exercise Specialist and owner of Get Results YK, LLC.


Get Results YK Workout Club is an online fitness program that keeps you in amazing shape by completing short daily workouts using a wide variety of fun and effective training methods.

  • My mission is to transform you into the best version of yourself, so you can feel 100% confident in your body & physical abilities.

  • Run from a private Facebook group, you’ll complete a workout under 30 minutes each day (Mon-Fri) covering a wide variety of fun and effective training methods. Each day I’ll post a short explainer video (along with exercise demonstrations), so you can complete the workout anywhere and anytime you wish!

Creative and Effective Workouts 
That Will Save You Time!!!

These workouts are designed with a combination of bodyweight, kettle-bell, and/or dumbbell exercises. They are always fresh, fun and super effective!


By the time you’ve driven to the gym (when it opens), your daily HIIT workout (under 30 minutes) will be complete! Which gives you so much extra time on your hands. 


If you have extra time you can do 2 of the workouts together to give you a full hour training session or add it to one of your workouts for extra fat burn! 


You have me as your trainer writing all your workouts and keeping you consistent, motivated and accountable. It’s a win win!!!

Here's What's Included:

  • 20 Powerful 22-28 minute training sessions each month

  • 20 HIIT finishers (3-5 minutes) for accelerated results

  • Coaching calls: We all know how easy it is to fall off the fitness bandwagon -- that’s why I offer unlimited support calls if and when you need them (without the cost of being one of my private clients)

  • Motivation/Accountability: You show up and do the work, and we’ll take care of the rest
